Configuring Critical Path Monitoring settings

  1. Select Setup > Settings.
  2. Click Critical Path Monitoring.
  3. On the Status Color section, select a status color. For example, select Green.
  4. Optionally, select the Do not use this color check box to disable the selected status color.
  5. Specify this information:
    Greater than or Equal
    Specify the minimum number of days that a task can deviate from the planned date. You can specify a negative value to indicate that the task was completed ahead of schedule.
    Less than or Equal
    Specify the maximum number of days that a task can deviate from the planned date. You can specify a negative value to indicate that the task was completed ahead of schedule.
    Note: The values you specify in the Greater than or Equal and Less than or Equal fields cannot overlap across status colors.
  6. Click Save.
