Adding images and documents to the library

You can upload multiple files from your local storage and you can specify the details while staying on the same page.

From the menu, select Basics > Document Library.
Select a filter from Document Type.
Click Upload Documents (Alt + A).
In the Upload Documents pane, click Add from Local File.
Optionally, you can also add files by clicking anywhere from the file pane.
Browse for the files to upload and click Open.

You can select multiple files or images to upload for each document type.

Note: Files generated through Adobe Illustrator (AI) are limited to 128 MB for each AI file upload.
In the information section, specify the available details.
The available fields to update depend on the assigned document library details layout and added fields that are set to the selected document type. The displayed fields on the page are only the editable fields.
In the Upload Documents pane, click Execute. You are notified once the upload or mass upload progress is completed successfully.
In a mass upload, each uploaded document inherits the selected values from a document type and its assigned layout. The documents are uploaded in the selected document type.
