Viewing the audit logs for a style

Use the Audit Log to view changes made to a style, from creation to update to deletion. Changes made to fields in the style overview, BOM, and measurements are stored by the system. Logged changes include field-level details, showing the old value and the new value. For logged record creation, initial values are recorded.

The number of changes that are retained depends on how history tracking is set up. To configure history tracking, contact your administrator.

  1. Select Basics > Styles.
  2. Open a style record, then select Audit Log.
  3. On the records table, select a cell under Action.
    The details for the action are displayed on the changes table.
