Deleting partners

You can delete a partner record used in style, material, trim and request. However, all partner information is modified in the associated modules.
  1. From the menu, select Basics > Partners.
  2. Right-click a partner record and select Delete.
    A message appears to confirm the action. Click Yes to continue.
  3. If the partner is used in style, material, trim, and request, another message appears to confirm if you need to remove a partner that is used in other modules. This is aimed to support data privacy if you need to remove a partner's personal information.
    Click Yes to continue.
    Note: If the partner is not used in style, material, trim and request, the second message is not displayed.
  4. The deleted partner is converted to a System Defined Partner. These partner information fields are also converted :

  5. If the partner is used in style, material, trims and requests, all partner information fields is anonymized in the associated modules.
