Modify publishing configuration

  1. From your IPLMF application workspace, go to your added PLM for Fashion widget and click the widget menu or (…) icon.
  2. Click Advanced.
  3. Click Edit Publishing Configuration….
  4. From the Edit Publishing Configuration dialog box, click the Basic tab and specify these details:
    Title
    Original widget title is initially specified. Specify new title for widget.
    Use Widget Catalog title as widget title
    Select this option to retain the widget's title based from Widget Catalog.
    Description
    Specify main description for the widget.
    Tags
    Specify multiple tags to incorporate in the widget. Click the Add icon for each specified tag.
    Standard size
    Specify standard widget size.
  5. Click the Settings tab and specify these details:
    Enable settings
    Select this option to enable edit configuration. Succeeding settings are only enabled when this option is selected.
    Title
    Select to enable tittle configuration.
    Status Color Configuration
    Select to enable and make the configuration visible.
    Status for Approved BOM Line
    Select to enable and make the configuration visible.
  6. To add translations, click Translations > Add Translation.
  7. From the Add Translation dialog box, specify these details:
    Language
    Select language for translation.
    Title
    Specify title for translation.
    Description
    Specify main description for translation.
  8. Click Add.
  9. 9. To import translation files, click Translations > Import.
  10. In the Import Translations dialog box, click Choose File.
  11. Click Import.
  12. To assign publishing permissions, click the Permissions tab.
  13. Select the access classification you intend to assign the permission:

    • Role

    • Distribution group

    • User

  14. To assign permission on a specific user, specify the name on the Search field and click Enter.
  15. Click the name of intended user. This user is added on the Access Levels configuration list.
  16. From the Access Levels section, to assign the general permission for Everyone, click the permissions dropdown list and select the access right:

    • Disabled

    • View only

    • Configure

  17. To assign permission for added user, click the permissions dropdown list and select the access right:

    • Disabled

    • View only

    • Configure

    • Can Publish
