Configuring email settings

Configure email settings to enable users to send emails from the application.

  1. Select Setup > Settings > Email.
  2. Specify email header content and format.
    A preview of the header content is displayed.
  3. Specify signature content and format.
  4. Click Save.
    A preview of the signature content is displayed.
  5. Optionally, click Update Preview whenever you make changes to content.
  6. In the Default From Email Address section, specify this information:
    Set Default From Email Address
    Select to change the displayed sender email address in email notifications.

    If you do not select this field, the default email address (no-reply@fashionplm.infor.com) is used.

    Sender Name
    Specify the email address that is displayed as the sender in email notifications.
    Show name of sender when using Default From Email Address
    Alternatively, select this option to show the actual name of the sender in cases that an unverified domain is used.
  7. Click Save.
