Configuring mass create, mass update, and bulk update

A counter is added to track selected records in relevant grids.

If the number of selected records exceeds the set limit, the styles are added only up to the limit and a toast message is displayed to inform the user that not all records are added.

  1. From the menu, select Setup > Settings.
  2. Click the Mass Create / Mass Update / Bulk Update Tools icon.
  3. Specify this information:
    Define a limit for the maximum number of records that can be created using the Style Mass Create feature.
    Specify the maximum number of records that you can create using Style Mass Create. The minimum value is 1 and the maximum value is 500.
    Define a limit for the maximum number of records that can be created using the Style Mass Create Carryover feature.
    Specify the maximum number of records that you can create using Style Mass Create Carryover. The minimum value is 1 and the maximum value is 500.
    Define a limit for the maximum number of records that can be updated using the Style Mass Update feature.
    Specify the maximum number of records that you can update using Style Mass Update. The minimum value is 1 and the maximum value is 500.
  4. Click Save.
