Style packs in request purchase order

Style packs in purchase order key features:
  • Style Pack and Prepack records window

    • Clicking the button opens a window showing all Style Pack and Prepack records linked to the Style associated with the Request.

    • All lines in a Style Pack are listed in the window. For Prepacks, only the Style Prepack footer is displayed.

    • The window shows these fields in a table format: Name Header, Name Line, Sequence, Color, Size, Qty/Pack, Order Quantity, Total Units, UoM, Channel, and Packaging Type

    • By default, the table is grouped by Name Header. Users can select specific lines by clicking the cells in the Included column. The selected lines and their corresponding values are added to the Item Mix Grid.

  • Multiple additions

    Users can add the same Style Pack or Prepack lines multiple times.

  • Item Mix Grid updates

    The standard layout for the Item Mix Purchase Order view includes these fields from Style Packs: Packaging Type, Qty/Pack, Total Units, Name Header, Name Lines, Sequence, and Channel

Field behaviors:

  • Packaging Type - Always read-only. Indicates whether the line is from a Style Pack or Prepack. For lines not added from Style Packs, the value is displayed as Loose Piece.

  • Item Code - Shows the ERP Item No. value from Style Packs, if available.

  • Color Content and Sizes - These cells remain blank for lines added from Style Prepacks.

  • Read-Only Fields - These fields are read-only for lines added from Style Packs or Prepacks: Qty/Pack, Total Units, Name Header, Name Lines, Sequence, and Channel

Validation enhancements:

  • Lines without size and color are allowed only if the packaging type is set to Prepack.

    For loose pieces, duplicate lines without size and color are still not allowed.
