Creating quality inspection questionnaire

  1. Select Quality Inspection > Quality Inspection.
  2. Select a record from the QI List Page for quality inspection.
  3. Click the Questionnaire tab.
  4. In the Questionnaire Result section, select Passed, Failed, or On Hold for the final result.
  5. In the Result field, provide additional information to support final result.
  6. In the Questionnaire grid, click the Add New Row icon, then specify this information:
    Report Indicator
    Select to include a Questionnaire line in the generated report.
    Note: Currently, this feature's full functionality is not yet operational. Checking the report indicator in the questionnaire line has no effect yet since the creation of report templates for QI is not yet supported.
    Sequence
    Defines the order of a line.
    Priority
    Select from D - Default, C - Critical, and M - Mandatory.
    QI Category
    Select category. This option is a Generic Lookup field.
    QI Questions
    Specify a question.
    Answer Type
    Select to set answer in text form. If not checked, you can select Yes, No, or Not Clear.
    Answers
    If Answer Type is selected, provide text form answer.

    If not checked, select Yes, No, or Not Clear.

    Attached Images
    Attach one image for each line.
    QI Notes
    Provide additional QI notes or information.
    Responsible
    Select the assigned user.
    Modified By, Last Modified, Created By, and Create Date
    Read-only system-defined fields.
  7. Click Save (Alt+S).
