Editing in the style grid view

You can edit several style overview fields in the Style Grid view. The fields that you can edit have a white background and column headers have a pencil icon. The fields that you can edit depends on a setting. Your role must also have the permission to edit on the grid. Contact your administrator or see the Infor PLM for Fashion Administration Guide.

Editing on the grid is governed by field dependencies and system defined rules. If the status of a style is set to "Operational," the fields of that style is not available for edit. If you change the value of the Season field that results to the style having the same Style Number and Season of a carried over style, the edit is validated and not allowed.

Additionally, for the Editable Field column in the Style List page, the no-support for business rules is presented through a tooltip. Upon hovering on the icon, it states that when an entered value in the editable grid does not comply with the business rule, whenever the style is opened in the Overview page and the record is saved, only then the business rules validations are triggered for the record.

You can edit a cell in two ways:

• Click the cell to enter edit mode.
• Use the keyboard arrow keys to navigate to a cell then click Enter.
