Modify existing advanced filters

Users can also click the edit icon next to the filter name to open a modal where they can modify the search values without changing the search conditions. Furthermore, the ability to include or exclude search conditions before executing the filter has been added. The application will remember the last used filter and automatically display the relevant records when the module is reopened.

  1. On the style list page, click the dropdown icon for Advanced Filter.
  2. From the available filter options, select one and click the corresponding Edit icon.
  3. In the Advanced Filter pane, modify the search values.

You can modify the search values of the advanced filter from the action pane, but not the search conditions.

  4. Additionally, include or exclude search conditions for the filter.

At least one search condition is required to run a filter.

The application remembers the last used filter and automatically shows the relevant records when the module is reopened.

  5. To reload the modified advanced filter, click Execute (Alt + W).
  6. Optionally, to reset any currently selected filters, click CLEAR.
