Specify pack details

Complete creating packs for your style.

  1. On the Details section of style record, specify information on the applicable fields.
The grid is intentionally designed so that these fields are not editable:
    • Variant
    • Total Units
    • ERP Item. No.
    • Order EAN No.
    • UoM EAN
    • Article No. SKU
Note: The Article No. SKU column in each Style Pack tab is automatically populated once the ERP SKU Number becomes available for the style record.
    • UoM SKU
Note: This column automatically shows the UoM value set in the Style Overview, ensuring consistency at all times.

The dropdown values are sourced from the Workflow Status generic lookup.

    • Free Field 1

These fields are also available in the Style Pack Content view under Manage Views, but are not included in the standard layout by default. These fields fully support existing view, create, update, and delete permissions for Style Packs.

Additionally, these fields are integrated into Report XML, Data Lake, and OData.

All these fields also show a pre-pack footer when the selected packaging type is pre-pack.

  4. To select SKUs to include in Details, click Add from SKU.
By default, no SKUs are selected. You can select Include All or Exclude All for SKUs.
Note: In Style Packs, the Name, UoM, and Channel fields are automatically populated in the corresponding columns when line records are created, whether individually or using the Add from SKU feature. Any updates made to these fields after the line record is created is saved and retained.
  5. Optionally, to select SKUs individually, click the Included column.
  6. To include the SKUs in the Style Pack grid and keep the modal open, click Add.
Selecting the Add function also clears the previously added SKU.
  7. To add the SKU to the Style Pack grid and close the modal, click Add and Close.
Note: Since the SKU Matrix shows the Characteristic Value Name for each column, a single line representing a color-size combination for an SKU may expand to multiple lines in the Style Pack grid, depending on the number of Characteristic Values assigned to a Style.
  8. Optionally, to set grid row height adjustments, click More... and select short, medium, or normal.
  9. Click Save.
