Quality Inspection

With Quality Inspection we can quantity the inspections on bulk production. The Quality Inspection module allows for adding multiple sections (questionnaire, product defects, measurement defects) to a quality inspection. Depending on organization / role, you can add them all or just the ones you need. Each section on its own can be approved, rejected or put on hold. The final decision of the quality inspection is a manual decision based on the results of the underlying sections.

The quality inspection header contains information about the quantity of the purchase or production order, the quality level, the total number of samples you need to take, how many errors you allow.

All decisions of the underlying sections will be visible on the quality inspection list. The first available section for a Quality Inspection is Product Questionnaire

Product Questionnaire gives you the ability to perform these functions:

  • Manages questions, approves, reject, puts the questions on hold (not clear), or simply add a text to a question.

  • Add images (photos) and notes per question.

  • Ability to approve, reject, or put on hold the full product questionnaire.
