Customer access to feature KB articles

The links under the Development column are viewable through a user-accessible URL. This access setup ensures that customers have direct and secure access to important release details and feature-specific documentation.

To verify the specific link for your access, contact your PLM for Fashion resource or system administrator.

Clicking the link redirects you to the Infor Concierge sign-in page. After logging in, you are automatically taken to the corresponding KB article.

The redirection behavior varies based on the feature type:

Feature types 3 and 4 direct users to specific KB articles created for each feature.
All other feature types link to a general KB (KB2011806), which contains information about the main release and the latest Release Report which contains an overview of change and a detailed description of the enhancement items.
