PO Summary per Style Color

The PO Summary per Style Color widget provides a valuable service through summarizing and showing all related purchase orders for a given item in an easily accessible format. This widget is intended for Infor PLM for Fashion users that are also M3 users who are integrating styles to M3. All Purchase Order information is from M3.

You can set the widget to these various types:

  • The widget is set in either a chart type or a list type.

    • Chart Type: Shows the range of purchase order totals on the Y-axis, item colors on the X-axis, and the suppliers with color-coded names. The chart view currently shows colors only up to a maximum of six (6).
    • List Type: Shows information about color names, quantities, suppliers, and purchase order numbers. It also enables users to search for color names, quantities, suppliers, and purchase order numbers. Clicking the purchase order number redirects to the M3 application and opens the respective purchase order.
Ensure pre-requisite tools and applications for this widget:
  • The selected item style from PLM for Fashion must have an ERP code, a variety of SKUs, and must be integrated into M3.
  • The selected item style must have purchase orders in M3, with the lowest status (PUSL) and highest status (PUST) values ranging between 20 and 75.
