Exporting query to an Excel file

You can export the result set in the flex query view to an Excel file. From the details view, you can either export selected lines in the view or the entire result set. From the list view, all records based on the result set are exported.

Data from Style Overview Quantity and Style Colorways Quantity fields are rounded off to whole numbers in the flex query view results grid. When you export the values of these fields to Excel, the actual decimal values are included.

Exporting all query results to Excel runs as a background task. A threshold limit or export limit is applied to the export action, based on the user's Excel file's size setup. For example, exporting pure text data with a few columns may allow around 50,000 rows before reaching the threshold. However, if the data includes main images or color content, the row limit decreases significantly.
