Running Made2Flow connection

A Made2Flow tab is added under the IPLMF Settings once you have enabled the 3rd Party - Made2Flow View permission.

To trigger this function, mandatory fields must be filled up. When running the connection, a notification is displayed depending on the required fields that must be populated.

As a customer, ensure to have a close coordination and arrangement with Made2Flow administration to setup login and account credentials.

  1. From the IPLM homepage, select Setup > Settings > 3rd Party.
  2. Click the Made2Flow tab.
  3. In the Integration section, specify this information:

    Schema
Select the schema as basis for the style workflow statuses.
    Style Workflow Status

Select the style workflow status to consider.

The integration is triggered if the style record status is equal to the selected options in this field, and every time the record is saved from these areas:
    • Style Overview

    • Style Measurements

    • Style BOM

    • Material Overview

    • Material Construction - Attributes

If the material is associated with multiple style records in its BOM, then integration is triggered for all those styles. This applies both in Material Overview and Material Construction - Attributes.

Note: If the system detects that there is no difference in the selected field values that were previously sent to Made2Flow, the integration will not be triggered even if saved.
