Running batch integration to multiple styles

View the process and changes taking place when running a batch integration to multiple styles simultaneously with Made2Flow. The batch integration takes place when you create changes in the field values of the main Material record which is associated with multiple Style BOMs.

  1. After changing and saving the field values of the main Material record, click the Refresh button.
    For details in creating and modifying main material record of a style, see Creating the bill of materials.
  2. To view the changes, click the Sustainability icon of a style included to the batch.
  3. Click the Task Monitor button from the workspace. Additionally, click the SEE ALL button to see further detail logs.
    For instances of batch integration in Style and Material, the task is named “Batch Made2Flow Integration”.
  4. You can view these stages for batch Made2Flow integration. The "X" indicates the specific value of styles that have been integrated in the batch:
    1. Starting Batch Made2Flow Integration. X total styles queued for integration.
    2. Batch Made2Flow Integration done.
  5. For more details on the batch integration, click the Logs button and the Details Log page shows this information:
    • Style Number
    • Message: "Sustainability information for Style A is now available." Where "Style A" specifies the name of the actual integrated style.
    • Status
    • Created By
    • Date Created
    • Logs
  6. For more log details, click the option of Logs for each Style number and the Details Log shows this information:
    • Info Cluster
    • IPLMF Field Name
    • Made2Flow Field Name
    • Field Value
    • Created By
    • Date Created
