PO Summary per Style Color

Users often require information about the purchase orders associated with each item. The widget PO Summary per Style Color provides a valuable service by summarizing and showing all related purchase orders for a given item in an easily accessible format.

Ensure pre-requisite tools and applications for this widget:

  • Infor OS Portal is activated.

  • The customer must have the M3 and PLM for Fashion applications installed.

  • A record from PLM for Fashion should be integrated with M3.

  • Purchase orders should be created for the integrated item.

View the functionalities for this widget:

  • The widget is set in either a chart type or a list type.

    • Chart Type: This type shows the range of purchase order totals on the Y-axis, item colors on the X-axis, and the suppliers with color-coded names.
      Note: The chart view currently shows colors only up to a maximum of 10.
    • List Type: This type shows information about color names, quantities, suppliers, and purchase order numbers. It also enables users to search for color names, quantities, suppliers, and purchase order numbers. Clicking the purchase order number redirects to the M3 application and opens the respective purchase order.
  • The widget operates in context with the style that is highlighted in PLM for Fashion or on the integrated items with Purchase Orders in M3.
Note: The PO Summary per Style Color widget is compatible only with the Infor OS Portal.
