Creating supplier compliance templates

From the menu, select .

Click New.
- Specify this information:
- Code
- Specify a code for the supplier compliance template.
- Name
- Specify a name for the supplier compliance
template.
- Description
- Optionally, provide a description for the supplier
compliance template.
- Compliance Type
- Select a compliance type from the list. Compliance types
are a generic lookup type and can be defined in Generic
Lookup.
- Compliance Standard
- Specify a compliance standard as the basis for this
supplier compliance template.
- Version No
- Specify the version number of the compliance
standard.
- Status
- Select a status from the list.
- Interval
- Specify an interval value.
- Alert
- Specify an alert value.
- Notes
- Provide notes for the supplier compliance
template.

To add compliance tests, click Add New
Row.

Specify this information:
- Priority
- Specify the priority of the test.
- When a standard is added to a product,
Default tests are initially included on the
Compliance tab, together with Mandatory tests, but they can
be edited and removed.
- Mandatory tests must be
on every product that uses the standard and will be locked
on the Compliance tab. Deleting mandatory tests will also
delete the entire standard where the mandatory test is
included.
- Optional tests are
editable and can be removed from the standard.
- Compliance Category
- Select a compliance category. Compliance
categories are a generic lookup type and can be defined in Generic
Lookup.
- Compliance Name
- Specify a name for the test.

Click Save.
