Bounce back emails

In cases where you are unable to send request emails due to attachment size limits, a bounce-back email is sent.

The application sends a bounce-back email to the user who initiated the request.

Bounce back emails are sent to notify the user about the errors caused by exceeding the attachment size limits when sending the request email. This email contains information about the particular request email that failed to send, along with the recipients who did not receive the email.

The email size limit depends on the email provider of the user. Additionally, the limit on attachment size is also determined by the email provider and email settings of the user.
