Assigning care instructions to a style
Use existing labels, care symbols and instructions that you defined in the application by assigning them to a style record.
- On the style action pane, click the Care & Content icon.

Click the Add Trim Label
icon.
The Trim Label library is displayed on the right pane.

Select a trim label and click Add.
Attributes of the trim label are displayed.
- Optionally, modify label attributes by changing field values on the Label Attributes section.

Click the Add Care icon.
The Care Library is displayed on the right pane.

Select care symbols to add and click Add.
If the care symbol contains care instructions, the care instructions are automatically added to the Care Instructions section.
Except for Care Instructions added on-the-fly, deleting a care symbol also deletes its corresponding Care Instructions.
- In the Care Instruction section, click Add New Row.

From the Care Instruction header, click the Care
Group filter and select a care group.
The filter shows all of the Care Groups existing in the Care Instructions table. The selected Care Group filter is applied to all the care instructions you are adding as new rows.

Specify this information:
- Care Group
- Select a care group from the list. Care groups are a generic lookup type and can be defined in Generic Lookup.
- Description
- Provide a description for the care instruction.
- Details
- Provide details for the care instruction.
- Language
- Select a language from the list. Available options depend on the number of supported languages.
- Optionally, you can save the last selected care group so the filter applies to all Styles.
- In the Care Composition section, click Add New Row.

- Language
- Select a language from the list. Available options depend on the number of supported languages.
- Part
- Select the part of the style record to which this care composition applies. Parts are a generic lookup type and can be defined in Generic Lookup.
- Composition*
- Select a composition from the list.
- Percent(%)
- Specify a percentage value.
The total percentage of composition items is checked in multiples of 100% for better flexibility.
- Layer
- Select a layer from the list. Layers are a generic lookup type and can be defined in Generic Lookup.
- Label Name
- Select a label name from the list.
- Code
- Specify a code specific composition.
- Text
- Provide text for the care composition.
Note: If the total component composition percentage is below 100%, an error message appears when you save the style record. The total component composition percentage can go beyond 100% but it must be in multiples of 100. - Click Save.
Styles can have more than one label or may require details
on both the front and back portions of a single label. As such, a style may require
multiple Care & Content pages. To add another Care & Content page, click the
Add Page icon on the toolbar.
