Advanced filtering for requests

The Filter function only works for fields of the Generic Lookup type. Fields such as Text, Date, Numbers, and others are not supported. In these cases, we recommend using the advanced filter feature instead.

  1. On the request grid page, click the Advanced Filter icon.
  2. To add a filter, click Add New Row.
  3. Select the new filter to display details.
  4. Specify this information:
    Name
    Specify a name for the filter.
    Active
    Select the check box to make the filter active.
    Match
    Select Any or All to specify whether or not advanced filter must match any or all of the defined filter rules.
  5. Click Add New Row in the Criteria section.
  6. Specify filter rules by defining these criteria:
    • Search Field
    • Condition
    • Search Value
  7. Click Add New Row in the Criteria section if you need to add more criteria.
  8. Click Save.
