Customizing items to include in the generated reports

View and add specific items on your generated reports from a specific request.

  1. Select E-mail and E-mail Content .
  2. Under Available Reports, click the Report Favorites dropdown.
  3. Select a report line.
    The reports are displayed in the table with their corresponding columns:
    • Code
    • Name
    • Details

      The value in this column is the same Details column found when you are generating a report in the Style grid.

  4. To view the available details of a particular style report, click the corresponding Details icon.

  5. Optionally, to include generation of style reports within a style BOM, select Generate same reports for styles within a style BOM. Click OK.
  6. Select one or multi-select report items.
  7. To save the settings only, click Save and Close (Alt + V).
  8. To save the settings and proceed with sending the request, click Save and Send.
