Viewing the where used products of document library items Use the Where Used function to track products that use the specific document library file. Select Basics > Document Library. Select a record from the list and click the Where Used icon. A table with a module and number classification is displayed for the where used products. To find a specific product from the where used list, specify the product name and click the Search icon. To reload the where used list, click the Refresh icon. To select one or multiple products from the list, click the Multi-select icon. To generate records from the list, select one or multiple items and click the Export to Excel icon.
