Providing requested information

After acknowledging the request, partners must provide the requested information. The information that partners provide in a request and where to provide the information depend on the request type.

Information that partners provide in every request is synchronized to the style, material, or trim record:

Request type Source column Source page Connected module Displayed info clusters
Cost Supplier Costing Style Audit Log, Overview, Quotation, Email and Email-content
Lab Dip Lab Dip Colorways Material Audit Log, Overview, Email and Email-content
Sample Lab Dip Colorways Material Audit Log, Overview, Email and Email-content
Sample with Cost Supplier Costing Style Audit Log, Overview, Email and Email-content
Test Supplier Compliance Style, Material, Trim Audit Log, Overview, Compliance, Email and Email-content

You can no longer modify the Request Type value of created requests once they are saved. The multiple changes on this value affect the info clusters and all the data specified in a request. This is done to ensure that data integrity is maintained across all requests.

Make sure to save all specified data on each info cluster (Overview, Quotation, Compliance, and Email and Email-content). Check the Save action icons from the pages and verify that the dirty tracking marks have been cleared. A notification to save the details that have been updated is also displayed once you try to leave the request pages with unsaved updates.
