Configuring Tasks Monitor widget

  1. From your IPLMF application workspace, go to your added PLM for Fashion Task Monitor widget and click the widget menu or (…) icon.
  2. Click Configure….
    Optionally, when the widget is added for the first time, you can also click Configure from the widget's initial display.
  3. The default widget title is PLM for Fashion Task Monitor. To unlock title name, click the unlock icon. You may lock and unlock the intended title name of widget.
  4. To add monitor, in the Configure Widget dialog box, click + Add Monitor.
  5. In the Add Monitor dialog box, specify this information:
    Monitor Name
    Specify monitor name.
    Critical Path
    Select the critical path of intended style follow up record.
    Role

    Select the designated role you intend the use of task monitoring.

    Status
    Select the status of products to include in task monitoring.
    Date
    Select the date to base in the task monitoring.
    Condition
    Based on the selected Date, select the condition to filter the duration and number of days.
  6. Optionally, to modify indication levels of severity, select Advanced Options.
  7. Click the slider to move from the colors indicating the order of severity: Blue – Green – Yellow – Red
  8. Specify the maximum and minimum number of days to set as duration for each color.
  9. Click Add. Added task monitor configurations are listed in the Configure Widget dialog box.
  10. To modify an added monitor, click Edit Monitor.
  11. To remove an added monitor, click Delete Monitor.
  12. Click Save.
