Report template

PLM for Fashion has system-defined report templates you can use for your reports. These templates are editable through an Infor Document Management add-in.

The list of report templates is filtered according to your user access. You can only see report templates that you are granted access to.

When generating a report, you can only use report templates that you have access to.

Partner users will only see comments tagged as public in generated PDF reports.

The Report Access contextual pane shows the users, partner users, user groups, or partner groups who have access to a report template.

When a PLM for Fashion user send a Request emails to a system partner, the system partner receives a Request Link tag along with the email for the style, material, and trim XML report. If the Request Link is used in report templates, this field retrieves the URL information which the users can use to open the specific Request record in PLM for Fashion.

Note: If the recipient of the email is a non-system partner, then no request link is generated. The request link XML is also applicable on any type of Request.
