Group items by column

The column headers of most grids include options that you can use to organize the items according to specific fields.

  1. On the grid column header, click ….
  2. Select from these grouping options:
    Option Action
    Group by this Column Groups the items by a specific column detail in a row format
    Remove Grouping Removes the specified column grouping
    Freeze Freezes the pane or the covered columns when moving horizontally
    Unfreeze Removes the freeze action
  3. To sort the column details in ascending and descending order, click from the Up and Down buttons.
