Request info clusters

A default set of info clusters are available in the Request page when you select any value for the Request Type. An additional info cluster is displayed when you select a Request Type value relating to cost and test.

You can no longer modify the Request Type value of created requests once they are saved. The multiple changes on this value affect the info clusters and all the data specified in a request. This is done to ensure that data integrity is maintained across all requests.

Make sure to save all specified data on each info cluster (Overview, Quotation, Compliance, and Email and Email-content). Check the Save action icons from the pages and verify that the dirty tracking marks have been cleared. A notification to save the details that have been updated is also displayed once you try to leave the request pages with unsaved updates.

To know the updates on the attachments provided and the images added in the Email and Email-content cluster, see the Modified By and Modified Date columns in the Attachments and Images selection pane of the request record.

When navigating within Request info clusters, use the Jump To functionality in Request Grid to navigate directly to other info clusters. If the info the cluster is not available for that request, that info cluster selection under the Jump To option is grayed out.

For the required configurations and layout view customizations on Request page and info clusters, see the Infor PLM for Fashion Administration Guide.
