Configuring columns

  1. Select Line Plan > Line Plan Header.
  2. Click a line plan number to view its details.
  3. In the Line Plan Line screen, click the Calculate icon.
  4. Specify this information:
    Column
    Select the column to configure.
    Description
By default, a description appears when you select a column. You can change or add to the description.
    Entity
Select an entity where the data to be used in the calculation will be taken from.
  5. By default, a function is already selected for the selected Column in the Function section. To add another function, click the Add New Row icon (the plus sign).
  6. Specify this information:
    Field
Select a column from the list.
    Operation
Select an operation from the list.

If you select Line Plan Line as value in Entity, you must add at least two rows before you can select an operation. Available operations include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

If you select Styles or Style Colorways as value in Entity, only the Count operation is available.

When you select Count as the operation, the Field list box disappears, as this field is not needed by the Count operation.

The Count operation gets the number of colorways (if entity selected is Style Colorways) or styles (if entity selected is Styles) that are associated to a line plan line.

When you select Division as the operation, and then have a zero (0) value as its divisor, the result is displayed as zero instead of an error.

  7. The Style Filter section appears if you select Styles or Style Colorways as value in Entity. To add a style filter, click the Add New Row icon (the plus sign).
  8. Specify this information:
    Field
Select a field from the list.
    Value
Select applicable values from the list.
  9. Click Save or press Alt+S.
