Creating a style carryover

The fields Number and Name in Style Carryover reflect the Max Field Length in Style Details View (from Manage Views). This feature is also applied in Adobe Illustrator Extension Plug-in.

  1. Select Basics > Styles.
  2. Right-click on a style you want to carry over and select Create Carryover.
  3. In the Information to Copy section, specify this information:
    Copy data from
    If for some reason you need to change the source style, click the X button, then select a style from the list.
    Season
    Select the season for which this carried over style belongs to.
  4. Select the way the style number is defined:
    Option Description
    Create a new Style with the same Style number Select this option to use the same style number for the carried over style.
    Create a new Style with a new Style number Select this option to create a new style number for the carried over style. You must specify a new style number in the Style Number field.
  5. In the Select Colorways section, select the colors that should apply for the carried over style.
    Note: If enabled in the settings, inactive colors are not copied.

  6. Click Execute.
    The newly created carryover appears in a new tab.
    Note: If the integration setting Do not integrate carryover style (with the same style number) is enabled and the style that being carried over is already integrated, then the ERP Code and the Interface Item Number are copied. If the carryover style has integrated SKUs, then the ERP Code and the Interface Item Number are copied for the SKUs.
