Assigning colorways to a style
Colorways pertain to colors that are used to create a style, material, or trim. Colorways are necessary in creating a style’s bill of materials (BOM) and computing costs. In the application, colorways can be defined in three ways:
- As colors, to be used in styles, materials, and trims that only contain a single color.
- As combination colors, to be used in styles, materials, and trims that use two or more colors.
- As print, to be used in styles, materials, and trims that use single and combination colors.
To assign colorways to a style, add colors through any of these methods:
- Adding colors from the color picket and color library
- Defining colors specifically for the style on the Colorways page
