Adding patterns for a style

You can define patterns that you can use in creating style records.

  1. On the style details page, click the Patterns icon.
  2. To add an existing pattern information from the Pattern Library, click the Add Pattern icon. While some of the fields are populated through this step, you still need to specify information for certain fields on the next step.
  3. On the Pattern Information section, specify this information:
    Main Page
    Select to designate this pattern information as the main pattern page.

    By default, the first page is the main page, so you do not have to select this unless you want to set another page as the main page.

    Page Name
    Specify the name of the pattern page.

    By default, the page name is already set, but you can still change the value as needed.

    Pattern Number
    Specify the pattern number.
    Pattern Name
    Specify the pattern name.
    Spec #
    Specify a specification number.
    Pattern Maker
    Specify a pattern maker.
    Status
    Select a status from the list.
    Size Range
    Select a size range from the list.
    Sample Size
    Select a sample size from the list.
    Fit
    Specify a fit.
    CB Length on Body
    Specify a center back length on body value.
    CB Length on Body UOM
    Specify the unit of measure of the center back length on body value.
    Sleeve Length
    Specify a sleeve length value.
    Sleeve Length UOM
    Specify the unit of measure of the sleeve length value.
    Inseam
    Specify an inseam value.
    Inseam UOM
    Specify the unit of measure of the inseam value.
    Outseam
    Specify an outseam value.
    Outseam UOM
    Specify the unit of measure of the outseam value.
    Leg Opening
    Specify a leg opening value.
    Leg Opening UOM
    Specify the unit of measure of the leg opening value.
    Approved By
    Select a user from the list.
    Approved Date
    Select a date by using the date picker.
    Cutting Instructions
    Specify the cutting instructions for the style pattern.
  4. On the Pattern Pieces section, click the Add New Row icon.
  5. Specify this information:
    Seq #
    Specify a sequence number.

    If multiple patterns are available, select a sequence number from the list to arrange the order of the pattern items.

    Priority
    Specify a priority value.
    Piece ID
    Specify a value.
    Cad #
    Specify a value.
    Refer To
    Specify a value.
    Image
    Right click on the cell and select Add Image. Alternatively, click the Add Images icon.

    Upload an image or select image from the Image Library.

    Grain
    Specify a value.
    Service
    Specify a value.
    Quantity
    Specify a value.
    Material Pattern Piece Description
    Specify a brief description for the pattern piece.
    Material ID
    Specify the material ID.
    Material Type
    Select a material type from the list.

    You can define material types in Generic Lookup.

    Material Description
    Specify a brief description.
    Composition
    Specify a value.
    Status
    Specify a status.
    Material Supplier
    Displays the supplier of the material.
  6. To add images to the pattern, click the Add Images icon. Upload images from your computer or select from the Images Library.
  7. Click Save.
