Email notifications for expiring features

Each feature that are listed in the Features page has an expiration date. On the day of the expiration, the feature becomes a permanent part of the application and can no longer be toggled off.

Before the expiration date, you, as a system administrator, and the Infor System Administrator will receive a total of eight emails:

• First email - sent on a Monday, four weeks before the expiration date
• Second email - sent on a Monday, three weeks before the expiration date
• Third email - sent on a Monday, two weeks before the expiration date
• Fourth to eighth emails - sent when there are only five days left before the expiration date.

  The fourth to eighth emails are sent within five consecutive working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
