Importing a version

Import previously exported versions to be able to use versions created by other users in the application.
Note: All versions from the 16.0.3 release or earlier must first be synchronized to IDM before importing to the application.

You must perform importing of versions, or database, outside of your region’s core hours or peak time.

  1. From the menu, select Admin > Manage Versions.
  2. Click Import.
    Versions that have been previously exported are displayed.
  3. Select a version to import.
  4. Specify this information:
    Name
    Specify a name for this version.
    Description
    Optionally, provide a description about the version.
    Images & Attachments
    Select images to import images and attachments to this version.
  5. Click OK.
    A notification message stating that a task has been created for this action is displayed.
