Create Partners as System Partners using External Entities Management

You must first create the partners that would work in collaboration with PLM for Fashion in IPLMF before you create them in EEM.

Take note of these conditions as you create partners:
  • In Infor OS External Entity Management - Partners will be created as External Entities

    • Use the same Code and Name of the Partner as in PLM for Fashion when setting up an External Entity. This ensures the External Entity is synced with the corresponding Partner in IPLMF.

    • Updates to the Name and Description in EEM gets synced to IPLMF.

    • External Entities only requires these fields:

      • Code

      • Name

      • Description

  • In PLM for Fashion Basics > Partners

    The field EEM on the partner is flagged if External Entity is integrated correctly.
