Prerequisites for enabling the new request feature

Make sure to accomplish the required configurations before you enable the New Request feature.

Set the user role permission for the info-clusters and other functions in Request.

Create the customized views that are applicable to each role. System-defined views are applied by default.

Enable feature and conduct proper testing on the test environment for Request: New User Interface and Technical Optimization.

Note: When the New Request feature is turned off, the views that we are previously using from the old request feature are displayed.
