Configuring decimal setting

You can specify the number of decimal places that several fields can display.

  1. Select Setup > Settings.
  2. Click the Decimal icon.
  3. Specify this information:
    Style Bill of Materials Cost Price
    Specify the number of decimal places that this field displays.

    This setting affects these fields in style BOM lines:

    • Cost Price
    • Cost Price Base
    • Total Gross Cost Price
    • Total Cost Price
    • Total Cost Price Base
    Style Bill of Materials Purchase Price
    Specify the number of decimal places that this field displays.

    This setting affects these fields in style BOM lines:

    • Purchase Price Base
    • Total Purchase Price Base
    • Purchase Price
    • Total Purchase Price
    Trims Purchase Price
    Specify the number of decimal places that this field displays.

    This setting affects the Purchase Price field at Trims Grid and at Trim Overview pages.

    Materials Purchase Price
    Specify the number of decimal places that this field displays.

    This setting affects the Purchase Price field at Materials Grid and at Material Overview pages.

    Style Costing
    Specify the number of decimal places that this field shows.

    This setting affects these fields:

    • BOM Version column
    • Supplier columns
    • Style Costing - Cost Element Properties: Constant values
    • Cost Element - Type: Constant
    • Cost Model - Cost Element Properties: Constant values
    • Request: type: Cost and Sample with Cost : Cost Elements
    • Style Grid: Purchase Price
    • Style Overview: Purchase Price
    • Style Grid: Cost Price
    • Style Overview: Cost Price
    • Cost Requests
      Note: The decimal settings configured for Style Costing are applied to the values of Cost Requests. This maintains the data consistency across related modules in the application.
  4. Click Save or press Alt+S.
