Configuring request settings

On this page, you can:
  • Configure request ownership settings, requests that you create can be automatically assigned to an action owner based on a selected role
  • Configure default request status for approvals or rejections
  1. Select Setup > Settings.
  2. Click Request.
  3. Click Add New Row.
  4. Specify this information:
    Request Type
    Set to Sample by default.
    Request Sub Type
Select a request subtype from the list.
    Style Category
Select style categories from the list.
    Ownership Information
Select a role from the list.
  5. In the Request Status section, specify this information:
    Generic Lookup
Select a status from the list.

Select a status for Approved and Rejected status. The status that you select here is used when a request is approved or rejected. Request templates also refer to this status to trigger the automatic creation of succeeding requests (for approvals) or another iteration of a request (in case of rejection).

This is a generic lookup. You can add your own generic lookup values.

Note: The default approved and rejected status values are system defined generic lookup values. This change is optional - you only make this change if you want to use your own generic lookup values instead of the default values.
  6. Click Save.
