Requests sent to non-system partners
A non-system partner or supplier is a partner who has no access to the application. You can send requests to these partners and create request records in the application. Since these partners cannot update these requests, you can update requests for cost or sample with cost sent to non-system partners when these partners reply with quotations.
When you send a request to a non-system partner, you create the request in the application. However, several fields are disabled. These fields become enabled when you set the status to Sent to Non-System Supplier.
