Creating views for Request page layout
The Request info clusters contains fields that have customizable options when setting up views for Request page layout.

The changes reflected in the Audit log are classified based on which info-cluster the change has occurred. Any updates from the customizable view fields are reflected on the Overview info cluster in the Audit Log since these fields are stored in the same table as the Overview information.
