Modifying user information

  1. From the menu, select Admin > Manage Users.
  2. Select a user.
  3. Specify this information:
    First Name
    Specify the first name of the user.
    Last Name
    Specify the last name of the user.
    Email
    This field shows the email address that serves as the user login in Infor OS Portal. You cannot change this information.
    Status
    Select a status.
    User Groups
    Optionally, select a user group for this user.
    Roles
    Select a role for this user. You can select multiple roles to assign to a user.
    Active Version
    Select the default version for this user.
    Partner User
    Select the check box to mark this user as a partner.

    If this check box is selected, select a partner from the list to assign to this user.

  4. Click Save.
