Deleting draft versions for process models

In the Process Designer tree view, you can delete all latest draft versions of models in a folder at the same time.

Note: This functionality is not available for locked folders.

To delete drafts for several models in a folder, use one of these options:

In the folder tree view, right-click a folder to see its context menu and select Delete all drafts.
In the folder details view, select the Delete all drafts from the toolbar.
In the folder details view, multi-select one or more models or folders and click the Delete selected drafts.

The action deletes all draft versions of models in the current folder and its subfolders.

The action applies to models that have an approved version. Models that exist as drafts only are skipped.

When a draft version is deleted, the action removes the draft and draft-specific references, such as registry links and draft-only link definitions. The approved version remains unchanged.

All elements linked to the approved version remain available, including registry links, model-to-model references, application references, and shared link definitions.
