Creating Formula Metric

  1. In Process Mining application, select Edit mode for an Insight.
  2. Open the event level metrics modal and select New metric.
  3. Select Formula as the metric type.
  4. Select Result type.
  5. In the Formula Editor:
    1. Select metrics and attributes.
    2. Add numeric inputs or hourly rates as needed.
    3. Apply mathematical operators and use parentheses for grouping.
    4. Rearrange or edit formula components as needed.
  6. Validate the formula.
    If the formula is invalid, the errors are shown.
  7. Save the formula metric.
  8. Add the formula metric to a single metric or chart widget.
  9. Select aggregation options as needed.
