Edit process map 1.0

As of release 2026.04, you can no longer create new process maps in version 1.0. You can continue to edit existing 1.0 process maps. Any new process map created using Add + is created as version 2.0.

In Process Designer, the process maps are displayed as cards or grid rows in the folder details view. From the folder view, you can edit or delete the process maps.

This table shows an overview of the icons used on the Process Map Designer toolbar:

Action Icon Description
Version History Version History icon Open the Version History widget in the left panel.
Save Save icon Save changes made to this process map.
Save a Copy Save a Copy icon Save a copy of the process model to the selected location. The same references to registry entries and file attachments are reused.
Migrate to Process Map Designer 2.0 Migrate to 2.0 icon Migrate the current process map to the new Process Map Designer 2.0. After migration, you can preview the new version and decide if you want to save it or discard the keep the 1.0 version.
Viewer Mode Viewer Mode icon Switch to Process to see this diagram in viewer mode.
Close Close icon Close the Process Map Designer and return to Process Designer.
