Work with folders
Use the Search at the top of the tree to search by keywords across folder names and model names. Search results preserve the full folder path.
The right side of the screen displays the contents of the selected folder in a tile view or a grid view.
In tile view, the folder contents are displayed as cards. Model cards show a diagram preview, the model title, the status, and author information. Folder cards show a folder icon, the title, the owner of the folder and the date. Locked folders and models show a lock icon for clear identification. Hover over a card to display a context menu with available actions.
In grid view, you can order folder contents in a specific sequence. This sequence is then used during document generation and when the folder tree is displayed in other dialog boxes.
One or more folders are created by Infor while provisioning standard content. Infor Process Catalog folders are locked for editing. They are marked with a red lock icon, and their content is read-only.
To edit the standard content, you must create a duplicate copy of the locked folders. See Folder context menu for details about the duplicate functionality and Working with locked folders for details about locked folders.
You can also add new folders and create custom content, see Add folders and Actions on the folder contents for details.
You can enable assisted modeling for a main folder to select registry entries from a predefined category when adding new content, such as subfolders, BPMN models, or process maps. This helps keep content organized. See Assisted modeling for details.
