Deleting Event Level Metrics

  1. Click the Event Level Metrics icon on the application toolbar.
  2. In the dialog box, review the list of event level metrics on the left panel.
  3. Locate the metric to delete, and click the Delete icon.
  4. Click Delete in the confirmation dialog.
    Event level metric is deleted.
Note: You cannot delete Event Level Metrics that are used in widgets. To delete a metric, you must first remove it from all widgets where it is used.
Note: You cannot delete Event Level Metrics of type case count, cycle time and event count that are used in formula metrics. To delete them, you must first remove them from all formulas where they are used.
