Use the agent to understand process performance, including cycle times, throughput, case duration, case count, bottlenecks, delays, SLA compliance, resource utilization, and workload volume.

The MiningAdvisor agent analyzes process variants to identify common execution paths, compare happy paths with exceptions, validate conformance with expected process models, and detect rework loops.

The MiningAdvisor agent supports root cause analysis by explaining slow execution, identifying delay and rework drivers, and highlighting optimization opportunities.

The agent supports comparative analysis across process executions and tracks efficiency trends over time.
