These agents work within defined parameters, ensuring that the GenAI Assistant can securely and efficiently access CloudSuite APIs to support a wide range of business functions. By structuring API calls and returning meaningful data, these agents enable users to complete tasks and obtain insights through a conversational interface without requiring direct interaction with underlying enterprise systems.

AI agents extend the capabilities of GenAI Assistant within this ecosystem by facilitating access to enterprise data and services through APIs. These agents are designed to interpret user queries and interact with Infor CloudSuites to retrieve relevant information or assist in executing transactions. Each agent is responsible for specific operations, ensuring users receive precise and structured responses.

The MiningAdvisor agent lets users interact with Process Mining data through natural language. The agent converts user questions into GraphQL queries for the Process Intelligence API. Users can ask questions such as "What is the average cycle time for non-conforming cases?" without knowledge of the underlying data model. The agent follows a discovery-first methodology. The GraphQL schema is retrieved first. Query patterns are then identified from available samples. The agent runs the appropriate GraphQL query with the required filters and parameters.
